ارزیابی نظام مدیریت امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

چکیده:
هدف اصلی این نوشتار ارزیابی نظام مدیریت امنیت ملی ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با استفاده از روش تحلیل اهمیت عملکرد (IPA) است. از این رو ابتدا با مطالعه و بررسی ابعاد و مولفه های 42 شاخص در قالب 6 بعد شناسایی شد و در اختیار 30 نفر از نیروهای شاغل درواحد حفاظت ها نیروی های نظامی و حراست های دستگاه های اجرایی قرار گرفت.این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و از روش های مطالعه کتابخانه ای و مراجعه اسناد و ابزار پرسش نامه داده استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری مورد تحقیق صاحب نظران، و نیروهای شاعل در حفاظت و حراست نظام اطلاعاتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با توجه به اشراف و تجربه در نظام اطلاعاتی کشور انتخاب شده اند. بدین منظور از روش تحلیل اهمیت و عملکرد استفاده شده و میزان اهمیت و اولویت هر یک از شاخص های 46 گانه تعیین گردیدندو اهمیت و عملکرد کلی نظام مدیریت امنیت ملی در جهت استحکام بیشتر احصاء و ارائه گردیده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که« شورای عالی امنیت ملی.،بازیگران متعدد و روحیه بالا کارکنان»مهمترین شاخص ها هستند که بایددر اولویت برنامه ریزی ها قرار بگیرند.

Review:
The main goal of this article is to evaluate the national security management system of the Islamic Republic of Iran using the performance importance analysis (IPA) method. Therefore, first by studying and examining the dimensions and components of 42 indicators, it was identified in the form of 6 dimensions and it was given to 30 people working in the protection units of the military forces and the protection of the executive agencies. This research is of an applied type and Library study methods and document reference and data questionnaire tools have been used. The statistical population researched by the experts, and the Shaal forces in the protection and protection of the information system of the Islamic Republic of Iran have been selected according to the nobility and experience in the country's information system. For this purpose, the importance and performance analysis method was used and the importance and priority of each of the 46 indicators was determined, and the overall importance and performance of the national security management system in order to strengthen the statistics was presented. The data analysis showed that "the council "High national security, numerous actors and high morale of employees" are the most important indicators that should be prioritized in planning.
