Teamwork is one of the most impressive benefits an organization or university can have in today's competitive and changing world. In the meantime, the need for teamwork in the university setting is more felt with regard to their teaching and research functions that require collective action and collaboration. Intelligence educational centers are more reliant on inner organizational human resources due to the specific missions and constraints available to provide educational and research resources and therefore, the use of teamwork to meet the goals in these centers is more visible than other educational environments. On the other hand, for any team to perform effectively, it must have the indicators to achieve its transcendent goals. The purpose of this study was to elaborate indicators of the effectiveness of work teams in intelligence educational centers using quantitative research strategy and descriptive research method. Document analysis and questionnaire were used as data collection tools. The researcher-made questionnaire with 29 indices was completed by 84 members of the statistical population after completing the experimental study. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test on the answers. For analyzing the research data, statistical tests such as Smirnov Kolmogorov, one sample t-test and Friedman variance analysis were used. "Rule of trust", "honesty and respect", "partnership", "team spirit and motivation", "strong and effective leadership", "team unity and commitment", "proper team arrangement" and "teamwork and team cohesion", in order of priority, are eight important indicators of teamwork effectiveness in intelligence educational centers from the perspective of statistical sample members
