Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of family resilience components of security organization employees on organizational success during wartime. The main question of the research is: Which family resilience components are effective in the organizational success of security organizations during wartime? And how much is the impact of each one? The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is of a descriptive-correlation type and uses a quantitative survey method with a multivariate analysis approach to examine the components of family resilience. In this regard, the opinions of 98 experts working in the intelligence society who were randomly selected were utilized using a researcher-made questionnaire. To measure the validity of the questionnaire, formal validity was used; for its reliability, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used; and for its construct validity, confirmatory factor analysis was used. The data obtained were analyzed using the structural equation approach and “Smart PLS” software. The results indicate that: Family resilience has the greatest and least impact on the success of security organizations in times of war, with 5 components (family cohesion with 0/24, constructive conflict resolution with 0/21, dynamic adaptation with 0/19, internal support with 0/18, and giving meaning to the crisis with 0/16 path coefficient) respectively.
