Investigating the Impact of the Presence of the Zionist Regime on the Political-Security Developments in West Asia

Abstract

The impact of the presence of the Zionist regime on the political-security developments in West Asia is one of the topics that has been the subject of numerous researches in scientific and university circles. In the present study, with an analysis of the formation of the Zionist regime, the foreign policy approach, the strategy of territorial expansion and the internal divisions in order to achieve the goal of greater Israel, it has politicized its presence in the region, to the effects of the presence of this regime in the region from a security and political perspective. The current research is of applied type and the approach of the researchers is descriptive-analytical. Documentary method was used to collect data and elite analysis method (interview technique) was used to analyze them. The findings of the research show that the strategic links of the West with the regional balancers of Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime in the creation of a new security order, regional coalition building, the development of military conflicts and armed conflicts between groups (non-governmental) and the expansion of proxy battles and the production of Iran. There is a fear of the security effects of the presence of the Zionist regime in the region.
